Miramar Theater

Lucky enough to work on a significant historic site and transform the abandoned Miramar Theater building into a wedding and banquet space.
The rich history of the Miramar Theater, San Clemente, California, begins in 1928. The building opened to the public as a bowling center, then changed owners and purpose. Café lunch and restaurant, imported souvenir store. Subsequently, in 1992 the theater is closed, several plans for reconstruction and redevelopment are not carried out, and subsequently, in 2005, the theater suffers a fire.
At the moment, work is actively underway to restore the building. Preserving the style of the building and interior design, a new Miramar Theater chapter is created.
The task was to show the options for furniture arrangement, finishes and the possibility of rapid modernization of the room. The task was accomplished!
